Data on Phase 1/2 Clinical Trial of Seclidemstat in Ewing Sarcoma to be Presented at ASCO
Salarius Pharmaceuticals, Inc announced that data on the Phase 1/2 clinical trial of seclidemstat in Ewing sarcoma will be presented as a poster at the 2020 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Virtual Scientific Program to be held May 29-31, 2020.
“We are pleased to be given the opportunity to provide a clinical trials in progress abstract for our lead investigational candidate, seclidemstat, a reversible LSD1 inhibitor now being evaluated in a Phase 1/2 clinical trial in patients with relapsed or refractory Ewing sarcoma,” said David Arthur, President and Chief Executive of Salarius Pharmaceuticals in a press release. “Ewing sarcoma is a rare and deadly bone cancer that most often strikes children and young adults and for which there are no targeted therapies approved.
